Investment

The current investment for renting Shadow Wood Manor Wedding & Event Venue varies according to the day of the week and the number of hours desired.

Rental of the 4400 square foot rustic barn for your wedding includes the indoor facility and outdoor space adjoining with the ability to utilize approved areas of the landscape for photographs, etc. Rental includes up to 12 hours the day of your event (including setup and cleanup).  Tables, chairs and shuttle are included with venue rental, if needed.  Also, no added charges for decorations, accent pieces or tables, etc. that we have on hand.

Amenities include:

• 4400 sq. ft barn with 5 beautiful chandeliers (more chandeliers in side rooms)
• Central heat and air
• Handicap accessible
• Covered patio, outside bar and patio heaters
• Prep kitchen with warmer, double fridge, ice machine, three compartment sink, hand washing sink, prep tables and shelves

Other items included:

• Tables, chairs - 15 round 72 inch tables and 7 rectangle 6 foot tables
• Linens:  White, navy and black floor length linens, white and champagne crushed taffeta toppers
• Lanterns, centerpieces, whiskey barrels, wooden spools
• Lots of rustic decor and accent tables
• 6 person golf cart
• 16 passenger van, although parking is close enough to walk
• Large screen TV and some sound equipment
• Cornhole and jumbo Jenga games
• Alcohol is allowed with security
